Root canal treatment is necessary when the pulp of a tooth becomes inflamed or infected due to deep decay, has been injured by a hard knock, or repeated dental procedures. Symptoms such as severe tooth pain, sensitivity to hot or cold, and swelling around the tooth may indicate the need for this treatment. If left untreated an infection in the pulp can lead to an abscess, causing further complications. Root canal treatments can relieve pain and restore the health of the tooth.

We have full use of magnification and Zeiss microscopy which allows us to see deep into the Root canal cavities. We also have the use of an Er:YAG Dental Laser to disinfect the pulp chamber to kill the bacteria that causes dental abscesses.
